Climb Newcastle News: Training Starts Tonight

Training sessions are back - from tonight you can spend 2 of your hard earned money* to get world class training advice from (and be shouted at by) Andy Earl.

Every Monday Andy is running a strength session, to get you strong for our problems, whilst every Wednesday session focuses on conditioning, to get you fit so you can do lots of them! The sessions can be attended one off to get some advice, or recommended, over a series of weeks to monitor progress and stay focused on your training.

The sessions start at 7:30pm, simply put your name down at the door.
