About My Climb Newcastle
We operate a digital registration process at Climb Newcastle to streamline the centre registration process and to allow you to manage your own personal details.
You can also use your online account to easily manage an optional monthly membership subscription to the two centres.
Do I need an online account?
As an Association of British Climbing Walls (ABC) member, we are required to store customer details and declarations.
We use an online database to host registration information in order to access customer details at the till points in our two centres.
You already have online records. Creating an account simply means that you are able to manage those details yourself. It also gives you access to some of the other great ways that you can connect with the centre.
What if I still don't want an online account?
It is a requirement of using Climb Newcastle's facilities that we store your details. You can ask at the centre reception to complete a paper form. You won't however be able to manage your personal details or access other features of online accounts.
