Finger board session at Climb Newcastle

Climb Newcastle Training Sessions


Short training sessions led by a Climb Newcastle coach designed to teach training methods and provide a regular session for training specific aspects of climbing strength and fitness.

Sessions are open to all abilities, however please ensure you are thoroughly warmed up before the start of the session at 8:30pm.

Session Timetable:

Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 8:30pm

October 13th-15th: Beastmaker
Seen it? Touched It? Learn how to use it in this short session introducing training methods on the Beastmaker fingerboard with it's unique construction of wooden grips.

October 20th-22nd: Contact Strength
Incorporating exercises on the finger and campus board.

October 27th-29th: Conditioning
Building fitness and core strength.

November 3rd-5th: Strength
Arm strength exercises on the finger board.
