Returns Policy
Online shopping is great isn't it?! You barely need to move from the comfort of your
desk/sofa/bed to buy, it's quick, safe (you aren't going to get mugged anyway!) and easy.
Of course the one down side is that you can't try things on or see them in front of you
before you buy. In the event of you not being satisfied with your purchase here are some guidelines:
Refunds and Replacements:
We are happy to refund or replace product sans quibble if you no longer want them, and if the product
is still in the condition as recevied by yourself. We often stock extra sizes of items so if you would like
a change of size please drop us an e-mail and we can see what we can do.
Return Postage:
We ask that you cover the cost of returning goods back to us in the event of a refund or replacement,
and in return we will be happy to send out any replacement required free of any postage charge. An exception is
where goods are being returned to us in the event of our mistake (eg wrong size sent out), in which
case we will also be happy to refund any postage and packaging costs incurred by yourself.
