UK Shipping
UK Shipping is free of charge!
International Shipping
Shipping to Europe is charged at a flat rate of £15.00 for most items with the exception of gift vouchers (£3.00 shipping) and bouldering mats (£30.00 shipping).
We also ship to some other destinations (eg America, Canada, Japan, Australia) at a flat rate of £30.00 for most items with the exception of gift vouchers (£3.00 shipping) and bouldering mats (£45.00 shipping).
Order Handling
Your order will be dealt with personally by the ClimbNewcastle team and usually dispatched in 1-2 working days. If you have any queries regarding your order in the mean time you can contact us.
Returns
Returns Policy
Online shopping is great isn't it?! You barely need to move from the comfort of your desk/sofa/bed to buy, it's quick, safe (you aren't going to get mugged anyway!) and easy.
Of course the one down side is that you can't try things on or see them in front of you before you buy. In the event of you not being satisfied with your purchase here are some guidelines:
Refunds and Replacements:
We are happy to refund or replace product sans quibble if you no longer want them, and if the product
is still in the condition as recevied by yourself. We often stock extra sizes of items so if you would like
a change of size please drop us an e-mail and we can see what we can do.
Return Postage:
We ask that you cover the cost of returning goods back to us in the event of a refund or replacement,
and in return we will be happy to send out any replacement required free of any postage charge. An exception is
where goods are being returned to us in the event of our mistake (eg wrong size sent out), in which
case we will also be happy to refund any postage and packaging costs incurred by yourself.

Payment Process
Payment Process
Currently we use Paypal for quick and secure payment processing. Once you have confirmed your order, you will be transferred to Paypal to enter your payment details. You don't need a Paypal account, it is also possible to simply enter your card details. Either way, Paypal takes security seriously to ensure a safe transaction. Once payment is complete you will be returned to the ClimbNewcastle website.
